One of the interesting trends I’ve seen in online behaviour: people saying “I don’t see anything about (topic X) on (social media service Y)”. Have people been trained to want spoon feeding by an algorithm rather than making an effort? Maybe so.

@ianb I think that's why otherwise intelligent people can't handle the fediverse, the notion of having curation within your own control instead of it being done for you as if you were a baby is a bit wild.
