Some of the ones who do are Apple, Facebook, Google, Kakao, LinkedIn, Slack, Twitch.
Which of these would you use to log in if a #fediverse project offered it? -

@santisbon none, I don't know enough about those login systems to be confident that tracking isn't occuring.
I don't want tracking on Fedi so if that's the case, hard pass.

@santisbon absolutely none of those since I don't trust them for banning me/closing my account randomly.

@lutindiscret I would like to offer login with Mastodon but it doesn’t implement OIDC, only OAuth. Also, we’ve seen Mastodon servers shut down without notice (intentionally or due to catastrophic failure) so the risk that you lose access to the account will always be there no matter who provides it.

Fun fact, GitLab claims to offer #OIDC when you select the
openid
scope in your app settings but it doesn't work. You still get anoauth
token instead of a validoidc
JWT. -
