These are sessions I'd either love to see, or help put on... some of them could probably just be lightning talks, but I think the world has changed enough (at least for me) that sessions would be more about ethical issues around tech, more about small and sustainable things, local things, people over hardware, etc.
Any thoughts? @mathias @heygabe @requiem @mmassie @grimmy @liaizon

A few people who have interacted with me in recent years but knew me a decade or more ago were surprised I wasn't excited about things like AI or IOT everything or The Cloud, but when I was organizing things like BarCamp the primary interests for me were community and creativity which to me, is more about the *people* and less about the tech.
But I've always been anti-corporate, anti-monopoly, anti-authority, and so much of what I see in big tech nowadays is corporate, monopoly, and authority.

@Ashedryden Oh wow, I don't remember. (Also, sorry I missed tagging you!)

@Ashedryden I'd love an overview of all of those AI scraping traps and poisoning applications.

@rasterweb I'd add stuff like
* funding in open source (and community projects in general
* right to be forgotten and it's implications for community projects (just wrote a blog post on this...)
* revive my how to solve a rubiks cube presentationI've got more, but this is a good starting point

@rasterweb she's overqualified for the 101 talk, but @cwebber is a Milwaukee native. not sure what ties she still has to the area, but perhaps worth an invite

@wjmaggos are you familiar with barcamps? this might end up being a good time/location for a #ccmusic meetup. obviously lots of details for the locals to figure out. maybe we could think about trying to build a music track of sorts. the "stop streaming and start downloading" seems like a starting off spot for something like that. just thinking out loud, really

@rasterweb @grimmy cool. yeah, once there's a date I can try to get more involved but @ryno did a show in Milwaukee once. might be able to reprise it the night before the barcamp if everything works out. @tmray was there but I'm not sure who did the organization work or if they are in fedi but if a Friday or Saturday night party is a welcome addition might want to get them involved
