TIL that macOS has sometimes trouble rendering R2L languages together with combining affixes. In particular, a series of the alif followed by a combining circle around (א⃝) can be rendered in Firefox's address box as two separate glyphs, of which, importantly, the aleph is the right one and the circle the left one.
There might be a moral about doing sneaky and homoglyphy things with domain names or URLs here.
