@mynameistillian In Europe, most of these kinds of programmes used to be funded by Protestant Christian fundies from North America, but there's been a weird shift recently: South American Catholic fundies' money being funded through Spain or, curiously, often Poland. "Ordo Iuris" is a nasty node on this anti-LGBT+ network: nominally Polish, funded from Brazil, doctrinally Catholic, except fundamentalist, which recent popes have not been too fond of.) It's quite aggressive in East Europe, especially the Visegrad region, but I'm afraid I don't know much about its possible activities in Central Asia.
