I've heard from some people that having unicode/emoji as part of your nickname is SUPER annoying to folks with screen readers.

I can imagine a whole string being super note cute:

"Feoh heart bomb star peace-sign namaste poop emoji"

But what about a couple like :python: :neovim:

Still super obnoxious? Appreciate the feedback and I absolutely do not NEED these but very much want them
