Is there a way to ask some US agency as non-US citizen whether I would be "allowed" into the US and not on some list?

I trashtalked about them (and their president) SO often in the past I honestly don't know how safe flying there would be for me and I'm curious.

Of course only talking about US policy stuff here, I know the US ain't generally "safe" given all the weapons, badly educated cops and general problems.^^

@Natanox Get ESTA: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/faq Costs a bit of money. Itβs kind of like an electronic visa but not quite because you need it even when you are from a visa-free country like Germany (and itβs cheaper than actual visa). And itβs no guarantee, they can still reject you at the border and send you back. That appears to be the only way to find out for sure.
In general talking shit is not an issue for white non-Muslim people from the favored visa-free countries.

@GreenSkyOverMe From everything I hear it might already depends on what state I enter in, doesn't it? I might be as white as it can get and not a muslim, however transgender though. And apparently there are quite some weirdos in power in the US right now who don't like that.
This ESTA sounds like a good point to start, thanks. Guess I can only be sure once I get either through customs⦠or put in a windowless room.

@Natanox was it just trash talking, or did it contain stuff that could be mis-/interpreted as threats? The US feds usually don't care about trash talk (1st amendment, etc.). It's mostly anything that could be taken as any form of threat, they're taking a issues with.
