Not in Bandwagon specifically, but there are a couple of ways we could do this. I've set up something similar on https://benpate.dev - basically, the home page is just a redirect to my profile. This works if you have your own dedicated "instance" of Bandwagon.
If an artist is on a shared server (like Bandwagon.fm) then the other option might be to just have a redirect on the DNS itself. I know NameCheap lets me do this.
What are you trying to solve?

@benpate what you're creating is a front page for a band website. It ends up with all the things you need on there, with the added bonus of them being effectively subscribe-able for fediverse users. Obviously you could just host one yourself, but that is a significant cost/skill barrier for your average band :). Being able to have your domain name work for it, without that, might be a good paid for option

Yes, it should be able to work as a budget home page. Though I’d expected bigger bands to have a customized, expensive home page instead.
But when you frame it like that, it gives a different FEEL to the project. Makes it even more urgent and important.

I've been looking for where to make the free/premium split. Custom domains, custom home pages.. this seems like a good place to start.

I've held off sorting a site for a year because they are just another thing to update but this could become the primary source, esp with all the Facebook hate right now -

Well, that’s worth exploring.
Most DNS registrars will let you forward the domain to any URL. So you could just forward one to https://bandwagon.fm/@iamimperfect right now as a demonstration.
Or, I could also set up a single-user Bandwagon server for you, as a proof of concept. We’d have to work out more details for that, though, going forward, but that would be a dedicated website just for you.
