High anxiety this week for our friends across the Atlantic, but all over the world, really.

Whenever my close friends are facing a tough situation, I offer my support but also encourage them to think: “What is the BEST that could happen?”

I need to heed this advice and focus on best case scenarios for the next 24 hours. Visualizing a gentle blue wave washing over a beach (and listening to relaxing beach sounds for the rest of the day)
