Before, they were just three containers, abandoned next to our cafe spot. Now they remind me of the book I’m reading. They still look awfully out of place, and should be removed.

@maique Even painted a different color if they can't be removed for some reason.

@andycarolan That would be nice. I’m not sure they’ll ever leave. Probably no one knows who they belong to anymore, or there’s no money to move them, or a place to move them to. This is something that no one cares about

@maique Such a shame as they do look very out of place.

@andycarolan @maique Are they locked? Or empty? I'd want to know what was in there in case it's something dangerous that could leach out some day...

@andycarolan @sarajw I don’t think that’s “valid” anymore. These are out of commission for a long time, they were probably reused a few times as storage units, and are now abandoned. There are others, in worst state, abandoned in even smaller side streets.

@andycarolan @sarajw Here is another one I’d seen before. Walked by today, and noticed they even built a roof for it. It might have housed someone for a while.

@andycarolan @sarajw They are pretty damaged already. I suspect the cost would be higher than just building a regular house, made of wood.
