@fay59 I don't see a list of languages, and the only one I can list off the top of my head - Rust.

Interpreters don't count. Languages like Java that compile down to a virtual machine interpreter don't count. It has to compile to machine code.

Why? This is a capricious, arbitrary, and unhelpful limitation.
