Briana Boston said "delay defend depose" to an insurance corp—she owns 0 guns, was arrested, charged with terrorism, & had to pay $100K bond

Brad Spafford had multiple illegal guns, 150 bombs, lied to the FBI, advocated assassinating Kamala, is NOT charged with terrorism, and had to pay a $25K bond

Empty words are "terrorism" but actual illegal bombs & guns are "free speech." Incredible.

You left out the part where she said "You people are next" at the end of her statement.

While the disparity between the two examples is glaring and I am not defending her being charged, one can view her statement as being "a threat" and not simply a "free speech" issue.
