@PearlescentFerret I mean I'm still waiting on a referral to one of the 'long COVID services' ... not sure how many more times my body will put up with COVID lol

Just say you care or work with old people. It's how we get ours.
That is a fucking joke though, did the pharmacist not even accept the NHS text? -

@[email protected] the nhs still mostly torture CFS patients (when not ignoring them), even after nice withdrew the "treatment" regime, so... not sure there's a light at the end of that tunnel

@AlexandraCeleste there was a lot of "oh that's annoying, they must have sent them out incorrectly" — like I guess it wasn't her fault but was a pain in the ass and I'd prefer to get the booster :akko_shrug:

A bit of me still tries to hold out hope that one day it'll all get better (for you as well!), but the last few years have been me sitting back and watching whatever the fuck is wrong with me robbing me of my ability to do things. It feels like each month I can see the decline.
I look at what I used to be able to do not even five years ago and can't imagine having the energy, endurance or pain tolerance to even begin.
month on month decline can only go on for so long y'know..
