Everyone then runs a HTML sanitizer on it before presentation, except Misskey and forks

(Misskey and forks run a.. thing... that turns HTML into MFM, their fucked up Markdown variant. Their frontend then renders MFM to HTML in a quite complex way. Misskey and forks additionally federate an MFM version of all posts they produce; and they prefer that version on reception. *Also* as another special exception Akkoma copies Misskeys behaviour specifically for MFM posts)
