For instance:
- illithids are permission to put scifi shit in your fantasy game.
- *Die, Vecna, Die!* is a blueprint for connecting rule changes to the fiction.
- we have a table with mirrors and ten foot poles on it because we are plundering dead empires
- the dungeon gives us a constrained environment in which to tell stories; it does not constrain the stories we can tell -
