Ask yourself why a community like Vue took an enormous effort to write Elk and later organizes a (hugely successful) eXodus to Bsky (within days)

No, they will once again organize to migrate to whatever service they find useful, where folks are not alienating and self-righteous -
@molily Yep, this. Really, the best thing to do, as it always has been, is to focus on making the fediverse work for everyone who's already here, before more people abandon it.
If that attracts more people, great!
