@Legion495 It's rare but happens. In this the Cache of CCD1 is faulty, leading to kernel Panics.
I'll keep it as backup given you can disable CCD1 (effectively downgrading the CPU to a Ryzen 5), given this is a productivity machine crunching numbers though I need both a trustworthy CPU as well as the performance. Got a Ryzen 7 5800X as replacement (best price/performance in my area for AM4).

@[email protected] I went with a 5800X3D in a upgrade to my 3700X and I am happy since then. In fact I have no real reason to upgrade because it is so good in gaming.

@Natanox @Legion495 ich habe auch noch einen. und man findet jetzt teilweise diese 5700x3d modelle. die sind auch sehr gut zum zocken weil auch mehr L3 Chache.
