Two pairs of supposedly good quality, branded shorts, and both failed in the um... crotch area, around the same time.

@OtherRyn Mens shorts are awesome... soooooo many pockets lol.
I was looking at a brand earlier, and they have unisex skater shorts, with lots of pockets... I didn't want to buy them though, purely because they had zips that I would likely scratch my car with when getting in/out of it lol.

@andycarolan I feel this. I buy clothes very slowly now and do a ton of research to try to help with this now. It also means my clothes are very expensive now too. It doesn't help that I'm on the bigger side too.

@HobbieJ Definitely worth spending more on individual items, rather than buying cheap and buying often. Sadly, as I discovered, you can't rely on brands previously considered to be robust.

@andycarolan At least on my end, since I'm big, classic blue-collar, working man's clothes look good on me, and those have stayed "somewhat" quality. I'm rocking Deluth Co. stuff rn.

@HobbieJ I had to Google Deluth Co as we don't have that over here... I don't think. That stuff needs to be pretty tough.
