@evacide to add to the wickedness: to me it seems that this was designed to maim and instil fear instead of kill. Any explosive device small enough to fit in a pager is not going to be very powerful.

@oaktree @martijn @evacide the people carrying these devices are all Hezbollah operatives. The kind of people who would not hesitate to kidnap westerners and/or kill them. This is aggression in war targeting soldiers. I don't see any similar qualms when these guys fire anti-tank missiles at Israeli civilians.
