A new site blocking order is coming into force, targeting copyright infringement sites called Soap2day. Several Canadian ISPs (includng TekSavvy) are required to block it under a new court order; here is TekSavvy's information about it: https://www.teksavvy.com/policies/internet-filtering/soap2day/
