I know i'm guilty of it sometimes, but yeah having to filter between "{thing} is cool!" and "if you don't use {thing} you are literally the worst" is a little difficult ><

@theresnotime oh I'm guilty of it too, which is why it annoys me because it makes me realise I'm just as bad!

Honestly fedi and stuff takes up a lot less of my conscious space these days, I'm much more likely to sit down to do some work or go out for a walk round town instead. I do think it can be a great thing, but I'm also getting quite disillusioned with it. It's not a fedi problem, it's deeper than that.
