Rewatching Alien: Romulus
This is only my second viewing since seeing it at the Alamo opening week. I really enjoyed it for what it set out to be: Sure, introduce new characters and situations, but give people scares and xenomorphs because that's why they're here.

Had to take a break, Dad called.
Getting back to it, one thing that did bug me was the representation of the gravity generator purge. Losing gravity wouldn't cause items to just float 'up' or away. Small changes in inertia might cause items to move a bit, but they won't suddenly be in the middle of the room unless something acts upon them. Everything in the station has the same inertial reference frame.
But... It looks good 'for the camera'. *Shrug* #AlienRomulus

I just noticed that the EEV pod cluster is shaped like the Weyland W. #AlienRomulus

"The elevator won't work without gravity."
Well that's a piss-poor design for a space-borne habitat. You know there are other ways of making elevators work, future people, right?
