this is why people are calling for reallocating their funding and changing the entire program

@seachanger Body cams should have worked, but giving them the ability to turn them off was the first mistake. The second was not making every minute of police footage freely available to the public at all times.
This was meant to provide accountability. Unfortunately, those meant to enforce this failed miserably in holding officers accountable for their actions.
