Guide to using a roundabout
- When approaching roundabout area, don't adjust your speed
- When approaching the entrance to the roundabout, close your eyes and hold your steering wheel tightly
- When entering the roundabout, let your vehicle be guided by barriers, curbs, railings and other vehicles
- Wait until your vehicle exits the roundabout
- After you exit the roundabout, open your eyes
- If your vehicle fails, stops or is severely damaged or unable to function any more .... blame everyone else for what just occurred.

This does make me wonder: do municipalities with a large number of roundabouts have stats for how these things foil drunk drivers? I feel like there's a serious possibility of reducing fatalities if we just replace the center of these circles with ponds and/or sand traps.

I know this is memes but as a Brit, I’ll never understand how people are scared of, don’t understand, or don’t see that roundabouts are superior.
It takes a few goes in them during driving lessons and they get easier.
