More mischief from AG Sulzberger's New York Times.
Actually if you read the story it's a pretty good description of what went down with the terrible Supreme Court ruling and Aileen Cannon's atrocious miscarriage of justice.
But what's with this word "Sputtering" in the headline? "Sputtering" as in lame, weak, destined to fail. The revised indictments are anything but sputtering.
So, once again the NY Times tries to manipulate public opinion with a misleading headline.

Because, as the National Enquirer publishers said at Trump's trial, the headline is the only thing that matters.Most people don't read the story. And if they do, the read it with the frame of the headline.
I caught the "sputtering" word too. I thought it was moving just fine until the immunity appeal brought it to a halt. Better to simply say it is "reviving the delayed case"
