Re. Last boost. It is absolutely telling that RE agents admit so candidly to using ChatGPT to write advertising copy, but how would you feel as their client, having paid them fees for marketing, to then discover they can’t be bothered to write the text?

Everyone accepts that renters and buyers will hate real estate agents, obviously but it’s under-acknowledged how much sellers and landlords have cause to hate them too.

@liamvhogan they fucken love them because you give them a little bit of money and they turn it into a big pile of money. My sisters job is literally renovating 6 million dollar houses for a real estate agent - the sellers will drop hundreds of thousands knowing it turns into millions.

@liamvhogan I was a landlord (due to moving o/s for a year or two).
All I wanted was an agent to look after the place. Spend money if the tenant wanted something, upgrade stuff.
Finding an agent who cared was impossible.
Despise agents.
