Good lord. This can’t be anything less than traumatizing for everyone involved.
Although police haven’t determined cause of death, from my experience companies who have managers who don’t respect H&S are at a significantly higher risk for serious injury.

Another news article with some disturbing details.
“The dispatch officer said there was a 'female locked in an oven in the bakery.' [according to a source that oven does not have a lock]
'Oven is on. Unsure if staff are able to turn it off.'
By the time first responders arrived on the scene, they told dispatch the woman 'was out of the oven.'
She died at the scene.”
