Pinned topics/posts are useful to help new users and we use them in all the categories. Some users end up directly in "unread" or "recent" and it would be helpful if we could pin topics to those as well.
Category or Tag filter for Popular/Recent/Unread page

Hi all,
On Unread Topic list, We can filter by Categories
It will be better that User can filter by Category or Tag when surfing Popular/Recent/Unread too.
For example: I want to find Popular post of Nodebb Plugin Category.
