Pre-moderation of posts in a specific category

• Each post in specified category should be submitted to Mods for approval
• Mod can ask user to fix text, tags, images, etc
• Mod will approve the post when everything is ok and ONLY THEN the post will become visible

Then make another category that they can not post but they can reply. Mod will have to move from the "Support forum" once approved.
