Reward Points

I guess people are motivated by rewards and promotions. Will be nice if user get a preset no. of points per thread, per post etc and that upgrades his permissions. Just a thought.

Something like this maybe? Inspired by Xarath's Cash Mod from phpBB. More gamification stuff coming our way including badges/trophies not too long from now

Nice. Glad you had it on mind. I got the idea from " Discuz ! " software.

Discuz was one of the first to do this and they reward every action - maybe too much, but some rewards are defeinitely needed.
