You should check out the judicial system of the Church of the Nazarene, a popular conservative holiness, Wesleyan Methodist offshoot in many communities.
Many denominations have a court and judiciary system, which is acceptable to many on the right, except if the religion is not Jewish or Christians then it's 'Oh no! that faith has a judicial system.'
