@wdlindsy I don't think most of the anti-abortion crowd want fewer abortions. If they did, they would pump money into programs that would support mothers and children, removing as many obstacles to having children as possible.
Since they don't, clearly they don't want less abortions. They want to *ban* abortions, regardless of whether it's successful. They just want religious laws on the books. That's it.

It used to be respected as the “paper of record”, but it’s been at least two years now that editorial opinion has shaped the perspective of news reporting and this paper has lost its reputation, its clarity and its relevance.
It stood up to #TheFelonyGuy at first, but the money of the owners of conservative media is valued above reporting the news. -

@CivilityFan I look back to 2016 and see how they treated Hillary Clinton and see a straight line from that behavior back then and how they're behaving now. And, yes, I think the bottom of all this is the economic interest of corporate media owners and top managers.
