Today's tip: Don't wear a flesh-colored shirt in the photo you use on social media—especially on LinkedIn where you're trying to look professional. When someone scrolls past your avatar, they wonder why you posted a topless photo. Oh, and it doesn't help if your beard covers the shirt neckline.

@sia LinkedIn keeps suggesting the same person to me and every time I see their avatar, for a moment, I think they're not wearing a shirt. Every time.

@grigs I get a kick out of photos that make you do a double-take like that. Though I agree, not a great look for LinkedIn.
