NodeBB doesn't save the Mongo database anywhere specific on the file system, it would be wherever the insulted MongoDB install saves it's data.
Are there any known bugs on v1.0.3 for notifications?

Users dont get all the notifikations. How is the notifikation supposed to work? For every new thread or post and is it easy to clear the notification list in the DB.
Using MongoDB for server!
