some more bridging we need is decentralized payment architecture. this would open up so many possibilities.
and also a way to bridge instances that host music to enable something like a decentralized Spotify, composed of musician websites. #funkwhale #bandwagon

so I've been going through this list https://vqv.app and afaict nobody in the top 50 most followed accounts at least has turned on the bridge (outside of bluesky CEO Jay). I've asked the top 250 to do so with little response. really frustrating.
it might help to have an icon on accounts here and on bluesky that indicate we are bridged, like threads does with their little circle thing. something to push for maybe.

What's the definition of non-profit? Where is it registered for tax purposes? Are you soliciting donations?

@fixatedpersonsunit We're aiming to form our 501c3 by the end of January once we've put together our Board of Directors and advisory team. From there, we'll have more details around how folks can donate!
The goal of this announcement was to bring in folks who may be interested in working with us as a member of the BoD, advisory team, or in other ways.
