This is my life for the next few hours - de-paneling these boards from a panel of 8 into singles.

Those tooling rails? It has a few holes to fix the panel into various frames for both the solder paste and the automated pick and place. The bright dots are for the pick and place to align what’s in the computer model to the panel in the real world, and are designed to be easily visible to computer vision systems. Once the pick and place locates the position of at least 3 of these points it knows exactly where inside the machine to place everything.

I will go through the list of orders this evening and contact everyone individually with instructions for paying the balance and confirming shipping.

DM's sent to everyone who filled out the order form! I'll be posting boards out this week as soon as you're paid up, pausing next week while I'm hanging around with boats on the Murray River next week, then resuming the week after.

So the good news is, everyone who paid a deposit will be getting a cable tester.
The better news is, everyone who filled out the order form after deposits closed will also be getting a cable tester.
The best news is, there will be some boards left over!
The bad news is that now I need to pack and send 124 cable testers across 59 orders...
