How to add a flag or what plugin can do it

Who can tell me how to add a flag on a topic ?

@holly the imae you are referencing is from nodebb-plugin-question-and-answer.
But i think the plugin puts certain flags on the post according to the state of the question, in this plugin they are not generic. You could use it as a reference to make your own.
