There is no way to change it through the ACP, you need a theme or a plugin to override the breadcrumbs & page title. Maybe nodebb-plugin-customize can help.

How can I get my categories to display in a certain order?
I have two categories say A and B
At the moment they display on the frontpage of the forum as A B
I want them to display as B A
How can I do this?

@breathwork All ready found the answer, they are drag and drop in the categories management screen. Doh!
