Category notification plugin compatibility with NodeBB 0.9.2 ?

I would like to notify by email my user on new post on a category : i saw plugin category notifications https://github.com/NodeBB/nodebb-plugin-category-notifications

I would like to know if it is compatible with NodeBB 0.9.2 ?

@Ron easiest way to check is to see if it is in the plugins list for 0.9.2. if it is, then it is compatible, otherwise, not.

Another question : it doesn't seem to be possible to activate subscription and notification by mail for all category (like for post) to all user. Is it possible and how ?
