A question for my #Fediverse friends: does anyone know of a pro-bono lawyer willing to help a fledgling non-profit startup help with their 501c3 incorporation?

I’m in the process of actively looking, because it’s a necessary next step for us. Filing would be a lot easier if we could get access to legal counsel, otherwise we basically have to go through the process by ourselves.

@deadsuperhero Try to see if there is a law school near you that has a small business clinic. This is the kind of work they do and some are particularly interested in helping nonprofits.
