A few touch improvement ideas

Lately, I've been tweaking my site to improve touch capability- and have been eyeing a couple features. Its possible for forum owners to add these themselves, but some of them really might wanna be core.

Touch Sidebars are really needed:

Something like fastclick might be nice:

And I've yet to find a clean way to do it, but many web apps send push notifications on android- would that be possible to integrate?
