"The idea is simple: Take a pad of sticky notes, write messages and post them wherever women may see them — bathroom stalls, the backs of tampon boxes, bathroom mirrors, the gym.
The messages vary slightly, but a typical one reads something like: 'Woman to woman: No one sees your vote at the polls. Vote Harris/Walz.'"
Pro-Harris sticky notes pop up in women's restrooms and gyms and on tampon boxes
In the weeks before Election Day, a loose-knit group of women are organizing online to blanket their communities with pro-Kamala Harris messages — not on yard signs or fliers, but on sticky notes.

Not a bad idea, but...
There are women who are pressured to vote Republican by their husband/family/entourage. Strongly. I think this merely adds to the stress of the situation by hinting that they would be doing the wrong thing.
Worse, some people are unable/unwilling to lie (which is actually a good thing), so voting secretly against their husband/family might put them in front of a painful moral dilemma.
It's not a bad idea, but it might have unwanted consequences.

@axnxcamr If your proposal is that these women should never be confronted with the consequences of their decisions, I don't know what to tell you.
The point of the action is to remind them that, even if every other decision in their life is made for them by some man, this decision they are making themselves. Your ballot is secret. You can tell everyone you voted for one candidate but vote for another. No one will know.
The idea is not to shame these women but to remind them that, in this one case at least, they are empowered. The path they choose is entirely up to them.
