[name], I know we differ on this election, and it is very difficult for me to discuss this with you, but if you'll just give me a minute I would like to ask you to reconsider. Trump is not going to make America a better place, and I am terrified by the prospect of his second term. Right now it seems to me we are at a point in history when we will either go down a dangerous road of hate and division or work together to make things better.
