Looking for a Dev that can do some plugin developemnt and front end work

Unsolved General Discussion
  • The specifications of our project are the following:

At this point we're still hashing details out , but if would be great if anyone who knew how to do some front end work on NodeBB would kindly post their avaiability to do such a project.

    Our budget is 700$.

  • @muonx creating the basic layouts ain't a problem, but what I am asking myself is how you expect it to look in the end?

In the aspects of colors and UI.

  • With that budget, you'd be looking at eastern developers. But you'll be compromising on quality. (Experience)
For a realistic quote you could always give sales [at] nodebb.org a go. If they have the time to take on a new project, they'll give you an idea of what's involved,

Im actually still hashing it out with my project partner. i think this is just a preliminary introduction of what we want to do. Im not sure whether we want to use a another CMS to compliment , or just use NodeBB as the basis of our project.

It should probably be cheaper and easier to make changes to NodeBB rather then integrate nodebb and make many changes to another CMS.

  • Do note that nodebb is a forum platform, not a CMS. I've seen some awful attempts at trying to shovel a CMS into a forum platform in my time. SMF springs to mind.
