@mav Ironically, the legal precedent for courts blocking SAVE might keep that from happening, right? Doing so would be in violation of congressional law and it seems certainly impossible they'd get the votes in congress necessary to pull that off.

@mav Correct, but unlikely they'll be able to pass anything meaningful in any chamber without Democrat support, apart from cabinet and court appointments. Far easier to do what he did last time and appoint someone who will effectively bring chaos at the top so it will be functionally impaired.
