Is it a bad idea to do a small epsom salt enema for bottom prep?

Is it a bad idea to do a small epsom salt enema for bottom prep? I wonder if using a laxative just inside will help to relax the muscles & make using a toy easier without causing issues like if you took oral laxatives.

I can't find anything about it with a search engine. Every result is spam or not relevant.

@[email protected] my enema solutions have always been improvised saline solution (taking a ton of table salt and adding it to sink water)

@puppygirlhornypost2 That's not a laxative though. I think a laxative would help relax the muscles, but someone that knows more than me might know how likely that is to go wrong & make you shit yourself.
