@paprikapink @skinnylatte Oooo, I bet they'd go good with mustard greens... Or I could stuff a sweet potato with sweet potato leaves and black beans instead of black beans and kale!

@researchbuzz @paprikapink it's a veg i eat a lot of as it's one of the most common stirfry vegetables in southern chinese cooking! you can do it with garlic and soy sauce, or blanched like i did here. the most common way is with sambal (but don't use the rooster brand or other US made sambal, it'd be very weird)

@christian you can make your own just egg with mung beans! bunch of recipes on youtube for that. same idea anyway

@Homebrewandhacking i like it when a nice taiwanese or shanghainese auntie makes it for me, it's not my thing otherwise. or at least it's not a food i crave unless i have an exceptional street food version of it in front of me
