I previously had this issue. It only affects admins who have the rights to change the order of the pinned topics which is why it's unlikely others can't reproduce on the OPs site.
However since 1.7 (could be Chrome 64) I no longer have the problem.

Hey guys, I've checked out the v.0.7.3 version and clicking on "log out" won't log me out. Not sure if it's the skin or NodeBB, but we tried both vanilla and persona.

Fixed earlier today on 0.8 (which we just launched BTW!), also it should be okay on 0.7.3 stable so either upgrade core or downgrade persona?
