How to add watermark/signature on uploaded image

Is there anyway to add watermark or signature on image uploaded by users? I am using local image uploader.

You would have to write a plugin that utilized a library similar to this.

Its worth noting that this could easily invite legal attack upon your site- considering disneys winning a couple million a month on lawsuits against this, I'm really not sure its wise to trust your users not to upload anything that someone will sue you for watermarking.

@Arc i see some forum use a watermark for uploaded image, never think it is illegal. Now I know. Thank
