@majdal @evan yes since the very first version of MacOS X in the early 2000s.

Mac->Sys Preferences->Sharing->Enable “Web Sharing” checkbox.

@jerome @evan Interesting – I hadn't realized that it's an apache server. Presumably PHP *not* included.
